School Award 2025 "You are first choice! Go and vote! No good future in Bonn and the Rhein-Sieg district without you!

In 2025, many people will be setting a new course for politics in Bonn and in Germany. This must not happen without you. Germans and citizens of the other 26 EU member states who are at least 16 years old on that day are eligible to vote in the local elections on September 14, 2025.

Your vote counts as much as anyone else's, no matter how famous, rich or powerful they are. Use the power of your vote or even better: promote your ideas and take part in the democratic opinion-forming process. The local elections are about many issues that directly affect young people. What should the city do in schools and leisure facilities? What should a good cultural and sports program for young people look like? How are the clubs in which young people are members doing?

Competition title

"You are first choice! Go and vote! No good future in Bonn and the Rhein-Sieg district without you!

We are awarding prizes for the best ideas on how to get people to vote in September. The award ceremony will take place at the beginning of July 2025 in the "House of History" and in September we want to use your ideas and your consent to ensure a high voter turnout in the local elections.
